On GivingTuesday the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation are matching up to $2 million dollars for donations made through Facebook (read more here), so please help us take advantage of this generous offer by starting a campaign, or adding a donate button to your post.
The matching program starts tomorrow at 5AM Pacific Time, and there are thousands of charities that will be competing for money, so in order to take advantage of the matching funds please set up your campaign now – just remember to ask all your friends and family to donate tomorrow, as close as they can to 5 AM Pacific Time. Only up to $1,000 per campaign (and up to $50,000 per charity) will be matched, so we’d love to have as many people as possible starting campaigns so we can take full advantage of the $50,000 per charity.
