Weekly Adaptive Fitness Classes with Brad Clark

Brad Clark of BC Adaptive Fitness will be teaching a “Fun and Fitness” class on Tuesdays for current PWCF members ages 14 and older. 
The first 12 week session begins on February 23. 
Classes will be 45 minutes long and will take place on Tuesday afternoons.
Current PWCF members will be able to attend free of charge.

Participants will be able to track their progress and earn virtual badges to share with their friends online!
