It is absolutely critical that residential, vocational and day program service providers understand how Prader-Willi syndrome impacts the brain and physiology of the affected individual.
With this understanding, providers will be better able to manage the complex medical needs and implement effective behavior management strategies that will improve the quality of life of the individual with PWS, his peers, and staff.
